As for specific genres, 6Bit never truly sticks to only one, other than the fact that all of the songs come out lyrically or musically dark in some way. Combining both classic and somewhat modern forms of goth appeal, old-school punk riffs and blues-based progressions, black metal drums and industrial beats, new age soundscapes and trance-like synth riffs, never becoming whiney or sobby, 6Bit avoids the path of boring, poppy, safe and light-hearted candy-floss music and, instead, composes songs for vampires, gutter punks, rivet-heads, and progressive rock fans alike. 6Bit on MySpace 6Bit HomePage |
